If you notice water leaks in your common areas, please contact Elite Management at 858-485-0881 during normal business hours. After hours and weekends, they can be reached at 760-740-2376. Elite will advise further action they will undertake to deal with the problem. The Mirador HOA is responsible for repair work under the common areas. Home owners are responsible for any leaks under or inside Mirador homes. If you find a leak on the street side of the meter San Diego Water will need to be contacted.
