New to Mirador?

Welcome!

First of all, we’d like to congratulate you for having the good sense to choose Mirador as your home. You obviously have excellent taste. There aren’t too many communities that have these views, amenities, golf courses, and a winery!

Secondly, if you haven’t created a website account yet please do so now. By registering on this website you will have access to our governing documents, news items, newsletters, e-blasts announcements, and much more.  << click here for website guide >>

The Service Request form should be used to report a non-emergency problem. If It’s a minor fix, it may be handled immediately. If not, an HOA representative along with the management and landscape company representatives will take a look during their monthly walkthrough (the Calendar shows when the next walkthrough will take place).

The most useful document for a new homeowner is the Handbook. It’s an easy read and is full of great information for a new Mirador homeowner. This document lays out the HOA standards and rules and has prevented many homeowners from making expensive and unnecessary mistakes. All of the governing documents can be found in the Documents folder. If you still have a question regarding HOA standards or rules, use the Contact Us mechanism to get your questions answered.

We also encourage you to attend the monthly Board of Directors meetings, held on the 4th Wednesday of every month (excepting December), at 2 p.m (except for the yearly membership meeting which is held in the evening). This will give you an opportunity to see who the directors are and listening in will provide insight of current community projects and what is planned for the future. Each meeting begins with an open forum where homeowners may ask questions or relay information to the Board. When you get a chance, please drop in on a meeting and introduce yourself…we’d like to meet you.
